My guest today is Wanda Pearson, who has over 36 years of experience in marketing and sales with IBM, along with her extensive background in social work and women’s counseling. Wanda’s extensive background in consulting, marketing, and sales inspired her burgeoning interest in small business and networking. She recently launched her new business WD Pearson Associates with services in LegalShield. Wanda’s passion for helping others fuels her ministry and serves as a catalyst for her overall success. My guest today is Dr. Wendy Norfleet, an engineer turned CEO, author, certified DEI professional, and community leader. About my Guest
My guest today is Robb Montgomery, who has been leading teams and building cultures in the corporate world for forty years. By using sound, proven principles, he has transformed low-performing and caustic cultures into high-performing teams. Robb holds a BA in Business Administration and Religion and an MBA degree. He has experience in both for profit and nonprofit organizations.
He is currently the executive director of Loving Culture Ministries, helping churches build loving, collaborative cultures. Loving Culture helps churches become more effective in their ministry, discipleship, and evangelism by deploying New Testament blueprints to the church and ritualizing them. Robb teaches the importance of effective, positive communication and is working to counter the “me first” environment so prevalent in society today. He has been called to full-time missionary work to build collaborative cultures within the church, making it a place where everyone wants to smile. Robb is serving on the Evangelism Committee for the Western PA United Methodist Annual Conference.

Suzie was one of those children from the 1950’s that was told, “Children are to be seen and not heard.” She learned at an early age to be quiet and eventually lost her voice and power to speak. My guest today is Nicola (Nix) Middleton, a businesswoman, author, and speaker, who is developing a Brands and Media business which carry messages that help take humanity higher. She is also a woman in ministry with a heart to help people attain emotionally happy and free lives, sourced in their authentic Identity and in healthy Relationships. Her life motto is: “Change the World. Love Wins.” Her mission is to help make the world a better place.
Nicola’s most recent collaboration is with 30 authors. The book is launching on Amazon in August: The Impact of One Voice – Your Voice, Story and Message Matters. Her chapter tells the story of female relationships; something very close to Nicola’s heart.

Deb shares her journey through challenges when life gets dirty and how plants and trees have provided a place for reflection and healing. If Trees Could Talk, they would say this….listen in.
About my Guest
My guest today is Deb Ringler, whose lifelong love affair with the plants began as a child exploring the outdoors in her backyard. A visit to a retail plant nursery inspired her to seek horticulture as a career. By the age of twenty-two, she had founded an interior plant business that she managed for the next four decades. These forty years of service to her community provided ample opportunities to cultivate connections with people and plants.
Deb’s passion for teaching sprouted when her young son Kris asked her to visit his class and make their botany lesson come to life. Her persona as Miss Daisy was born, and she continues to share her fascination with nature with children in outdoor classrooms. Her favorite place to teach is under the canopies of trees.
Deb has created and instructed several horticulture classes on a college level and became a seasoned trainer in the plant industry. In addition, as a Master Gardener, she has presented educational presentations to the general public on various plant topics.
Over the years, Deb found the methods she used as a gardener to help plants thrive could be metaphors for growth in our inner gardens. Deb has a unique way of combining her vast horticulture knowledge and personal life experiences to connect her audience to the wonders of the natural world and the lessons it can teach us.
